It was our 7th movie date in 4 months. Not bad for people like us who meets at either 7 in the morning or 1 at night.

'Be with me' is a highly recommended movie from both Pearl and I. It is thought provoking, very touching and it gives one an inspiration. All these achieved, without the use of words. The ones that made me teared were the parts where the old people were holding onto lost love. That persistance and level of commitment is definitely something we need for this new generation. As I was jokingly telling Pearl, it's one of those must-see movies for couples who are going through a rough patch. =)

I wonder if there's a day our love story will be as moving and inspirational.

Went to play air hockey after. Met up with Candy and Mabel for some innocent good fun. The girls talked about all sorts of interesting stuff. Had a good laugh, and the night went very well. I'm so proud of Pearl for not smoking. I suppose it's been a week since her last smoke. It is possible to quit smoking, or at least, Pearl showed me it is. No need for nicorettes or nicotine patches. You just need love and sheer determination. -grin-

Sent her home after and she asked me something. It took me by surprise because I wasn't expecting her to notice. I like the way things are between us - there's a fair amount of space and the right amount of dependancy. Now that we have the right ingredients to a perfect relationship, I hope things work out from here.

Oh, I've been reading her msg over and over for the whole morning. It made me smile. I think that's what love is all about - the blissfulness of it is what keeps one going.
